Caseware connector not working
If you find that after setting up an Audit computer values aren't prompting correctly and are showing "#Name?" instead.
Complete the following:
Step 1:
If you haven't already, uninstall the caseware connector within Control Panel.
Step 2:
Once removed navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins within caseware and delete the strings within the Excel file.
Step 3:
Run the caseware installer found in the S:\CaseWare\Excel Connector
Then restart Computer.
