Google Bounce Back messages

If a user is receiving a bounce back that looks similar to this when emailing either a client or support account is is due to them attaching a google account to the Bentleys email and it not being verified.

The account awilliams@adel.bentleys.com.au is disabled.

 

 

You can resolve this by resetting the password in the google sign in page and entering the Bentleys address,
The user will require there phone as they're phone number will be attached to it.
