Uploading a document to the Bentleys SA Portal (For Clients)


Logon using your email address and password, click Sign in to our secure portal


Once in the portal click on Compose to attach your file


In the To: drop down box choose a name from the list
Please note: you will only see names for people that have sent you documents previously, there may only be 1 name in the list, choose that person to continue

In the Message field you can type a message which will be received by the Bentleys staff member.


Under Documents, click on Drag & Drop or click here to attach documents, this will open the following window, browse to your file and click Open


Once you have completed the fields you can simply click Send
Please note: the size of the file can not exceed 100mb, in the event you have a larger file Bentleys SA will put an alternate method in place to transfer files. The file upload could take a few minutes to process, please be patient during this process, it will prompt you once the file has been uploaded


You will receive the following message once the file has been uploaded, click Close and you are all done


The file will then be sent to the nominated Bentleys staff member, they will receive an email notification to advise them that a file is waiting to be retrieved.
