VC stopped working

If you find that a user is having trouble opening a client within VC and as a result prompted with an error "VirtualCabinet.Client has stopped working"

To resolve this open VC, then go to the VC logo found in the top left.

Then Select the small arrow found next to the option User Settings.

You then want to select the options "Reset Saved Column Postions" then go back to the user settings and select Reset Saved Window Layout Positions.
After you have done that reset VC.
